Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Pricing: All prices shown are Ex Works Murray Bridge, SA. Prices do not include 10% GST and may be subject to change without notice. Exact pricing for items with quantity discounts may vary due to computer rounding.

  2. Order Submission: Faxed or emailed orders are preferred. Incorrect prices shown on customer purchase orders will not be notified.

  3. Stock Orders: Items may be pre-packed in carton quantities and attract a quantity discount. Please order in carton quantities where shown, except for small lots. Stock orders may be rounded to the nearest, most economical carton quantity.

  4. Ownership of Goods: Title to goods remains with MBP Australasia Pty Ltd until payment in full has been received. Ownership does not transfer to the purchaser until the invoice is fully paid.

  5. Payment Methods: Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted with a 1.3% surcharge applied to credit card purchases.

  6. Credit Terms: Goods may not be dispatched if credit terms and/or limits are exceeded.

  7. Freight: Freight is charged separately on invoices. MBP has contract freight rates with various carriers and will arrange the most economical and quickest transport method unless otherwise instructed.

  8. Stock Codes: Ensure the correct stock codes are used when ordering, as the range is large and diverse.

  9. Consignment Checking: Customers must check their consignment against the packing note. Claims for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days.

  10. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to goods returned due to incorrect ordering. Returns must be authorized prior to return. "Specials" and made-to-order goods will not be accepted for return.

  11. Faulty Goods: Faulty goods must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Defective goods will be replaced subject to inspection by MBP.

  12. Small Orders: Invoices with goods valued at less than $100.00 will incur a $12.00 packing and handling fee (excluding back orders).

  13. Local Delivery Charge: A $40.00 local delivery charge applies to palletized consignments delivered to nominated Adelaide depots or addresses. Cartons are delivered via APD.

  14. Packing and Handling Fees: A packing and handling fee may be applied for goods collected ex-works or delivered to customer-nominated depots, covering the costs of packaging and pallets.

  15. Product Images: Photo images of products in the catalogue are for guidance only; actual products may vary.

  16. Errors and Omissions: E. & O. E. (Errors and Omissions Excepted). The company reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions.
